The Process which will be used to
complete this activity is having the learner or learners embark on a
directed journey of discovery via the Internet in order to explore the
rich tradition and history of Pizzelle.
Learners have
been given 3 tasks for
completion: First, using the list of topics and subtopics provided in
the Tasks section of this
WebQuest, conduct Internet based research, exploration,
reflection of the topics so listed. When total subject matter excellence
is achieved, prepare an outline based report final for submittal and review
by the facilitator. Lastly, create a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation
which will run in a continuous loop on display in the Smithsonian and on
the Internet.
Tasks will be
completed utilizing the
Resources page to research the topics on the Internet, complete an
outline based submittal and create a presentation for public display,
and shall be evaluated by the WebQuest facilitator according to the
evaluation matrix found in the
Evaluation portion of the
WebQuest.
If this
assignment is completed by a group of learners, a
collaborative evaluation form must be filled out and provided to the
facilitator for each teammate in the work group by every individual. |
